Francisco Hernandez is a photographer who captures the raw emotions and diverse realities of people on the street, seeking to bring humanity into focus. In a world that often feels disconnected, his lens searches for connection — between strangers, moments, and unspoken stories. Through candid street scenes, he reveals fragments of human emotion, offering glimpses into the beauty, struggle, and soul of everyday life.
Photographing people on the streets gave me a broader perspective on life.
It made me realize how complex and fragile the human experience truly is. Through the lens and real connection, I began to understand how far people can drift — pushed by addiction, segregation, or simply abandoned by a system that’s supposed to protect them.
Some are forced out. Others choose to live outside, creating their own way, their own system.
Each story is different, but all are deeply human.
